Samsung officially unveils Galaxy Buds 4 series in India

Yesterday at the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event, Samsung finally introduced its Galaxy S26 smartphone series, and in the same event, the company also unveiled the Galaxy Buds 4 series. The series includes Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro.

Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 series: Features

The Buds 4 Pro features a wider woofer, combined with enhanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and an enhanced Adaptive Equalizer (EQ), to supply full-spectrum sound true to the original recording, while intelligently adapting to real-world conditions.

With the Buds 4 series, Samsung establishes an iconic Buds blade design identity. The series features an ultra-sleek, ergonomic fit with smaller, better-fitting earbud heads. The new stabilized blade includes a premium metal finish and an engraved pinch control area to help users easily locate and adjust settings. Additionally, the new transparent clamshell-type cradle makes storage and charging more intuitive and convenient. The Galaxy Buds 4 Pro features a canal-fit design, and the Galaxy Buds 4 features an open-fit design.

The Buds 4 Pro introduces a new, wider woofer, featuring a new design that makes efficient use of space. The wider woofer increases the effective speaker area by almost 20% compared to the previous generation. Combined with the tweeter, these features deliver natural, immersive audio with clean bass and rich treble that supports 24-bit/96kHz audio. The two-way speaker is strategically placed on the upper side of the metal finish to maximize ANC functionality while minimizing feedback from wind and other external factors. It also includes Head Gesture that controls to manage calls and engage with Bixby.

The Galaxy Buds 4 series comes with Enhanced ANC, ensuring an immersive audio experience that adapts to changing environments. Meanwhile, the enhanced adaptive ANC/EQ (available on Buds 4 Pro) allows for full media immersion, minimizing noise leakage by analyzing the wearing conditions and unique ear shape of each user.

The Super Clear Call feature provides ultra-clear call quality and double the bandwidth of conventional Bluetooth calls. Users can initiate AI agents, including Bixby (supports 9 languages- Korean, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese [simplified] and Japanese), Google Gemini and Perplexity, with hands-free and voice controls.

Galaxy ecosystem users can also enjoy a simple Buds setup, just by opening the cradle, without having to install the Galaxy wearable app. The series supports Bluetooth 6.1 connectivity and sports six microphones.

The Galaxy Buds 4 offer 6 hours of playtime (with ANC off)/ 5 hours of playtime (with ANC off), while along with the charging case, it offers 30/24 hours of playtime. The Galaxy Bids 4 Pro offers 7 hours of playtime (with ANC off)/ 6 hours of playtime (with ANC on), while, along with the charging case, it offers 30/26 hours of playtime.

Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 series: Availability

The series is available in White and Black with a refined matte finish, while there is also an online-exclusive Pink Gold colour for the Buds 4 Pro. The Galaxy Buds 4 is priced at Rs 16,999, and the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro is priced at Rs 22,999.

The pre-orders have started via Samsung.com and Amazon, and the official sale will start from 11th March.
