Realme Buds Air 8 Launched in India with 11mm + 6mm Dual Drivers and 55dB Ultra-Depth ANC, Designed by Naoto Fukasawa

Realme, along with the Realme 16 Pro 5G Series and Realme Pad 3 5G, has also launched the Realme Buds Air 8 in the Indian market.

Realme Buds Air 8 Specs and Features

It comes with 11mm + 6mm dual drivers with a high-purity diaphragm and an independent tweeter to deliver layered sound, supported by Hi-Res Audio certification and LHDC 5.0, enabling high-resolution wireless audio with sampling rates of up to 96kHz. Audio features also include a NextBass algorithm for enhanced low frequencies and 3D Spatial and Dynamic Audio, which uses HRTF-based processing to create a wider and more immersive soundstage, configurable through the realme Link app.

The Buds Air8 offer 55dB ultra-depth active noise cancellation, combined with ear canal adaptive and real-time adaptive noise cancellation that adjusts based on ear shape and surrounding conditions to balance comfort, effectiveness, and awareness. Call quality is handled by a 6-microphone system (three mics per earbud) that improves voice pickup and reduces background noise during calls. Smart features include an Ear-by AI Assistant with AI Live Translator, AI Face-to-Face Translator, and Ask AI powered by Google Gemini for tasks such as translation, weather queries, and general information, all accessible via the companion app.

The earbuds provide up to 58 hours of total playback with the charging case under standard conditions, along with claims of maintaining around 80% battery health after 1,000 charging cycles. They support USB Type-C charging, offer IP55 dust and water resistance, 45ms low-latency mode for gaming, Bluetooth 5.4, 3-device connectivity for easy switching, and Swift Pair for quick connection with compatible PCs.

Pricing and Availability

The Realme Buds Air 8 have been launched in three colour options: Master Gold, Master Purple, and Master Grey. Although the earbuds have been officially unveiled, they will go on sale starting 16 January 2026 via the Realme India website, Flipkart, Amazon India, and other major retailers.

The earbuds are priced at ₹3,799. As part of the launch offer, Realme is also providing an additional flat ₹200 discount.
