Apple iPad Pro (11″/13″) and Apple MacBook Pro (14″) Powered by M5 Chip Officially Unveiled: Pre-Order Now Live; Shipping From Next Week
The Cupertino-based tech maker – Apple just recently teased its M5-powered MacBook Pro and soon after which, not just the M5-powered MacBook Pro, but also the M5-powered iPad Pro have been officially unveiled. Pre-order for both these devices are currently live and they are set to start shipping from next week.

Apple iPad Pro (11″/13″) Powered by M5 Chip
Apple’s latest iPad Pro with the M5 chip onboard comes in two display sizes of 11″ and 13″, and it has been unveiled to offer the ‘ultimate iPad experience with the most advanced technology’. An Ultra Retina XDR display is featured on both the display size variants, and they are equipped with the ProMotion technology, P3 wide color gamut, true tone, anti-reflective coating, and nano-texture display glass option (for 1TB and 2TB).
In addition to the M5 chip, the tablet device also comes with the Apple Intelligence to offer enhanced performance, and for better productivity, Apple Pencil Pro and Apple Pencil (USB-C) support as well as Magic Keyboard support have been given. It also runs on the latest iPadOS 26 operating system. In terms of camera specs, at the rear, a 12MP wide camera supporting 4K video and ProRes, and on the front, a 12MP center stage camera (in landscape mode) with TrueDepth camera system are offered.
A thin form factor with a thickness of 5.1mm is also a notable spec of the device, and it packs an all-day battery. With the supported fast charge feature, the device can be charged from 0% to 50% in just around 30 minutes too. Quad speaker sound system and studio-quality mics are added features too. 5G network and WiFi 7 are its connectivity aspects.
Speaking about its pricing and availability details, it carries price tags from INR 99,900 (or from INR 7,992 per month – 12 installments), and the device can be bought in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/1TB, and 16GB/2TB storage options, and Space Black and Silver color choices. Additionally, WiFi-only and WiFi+5G variants are available and the pre-order for interested customers is now live. Its availability will start from the 22nd of October 2025.
Apple MacBook Pro (14″) Powered by M5 Chip
About the M5-powered Apple MacBook Pro, it has a screen size of only 14″ (14.2″ Liquid Retina XDR display), and has been introduced in 16GB/512GB, 16GB/1TB, and 24GB/1TB storage options. The 16-core Neural Engine, macOS Tahoe operating system, and the Apple Intelligence are its other notable performance related aspects.
Moreover, its Magic Keyboard with Touch ID featuring a Force Touch trackpad, Live Activities and Phone app, along with the connectivity ports which include three Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI port, SDXC card slot, headphone jack, and MagSafe 3 port are its other specs. Up to 24 hours of battery life can be expected on the device, and it also comes with a 70W USB-C power adapter too.
The same two color choices of Space Black and Silver are also available for this latest MacBook Pro, and it is priced from INR 1,69,900 or 13,325 per month (12 installments). Just like the iPad Pro powered by the M5 chip, the MacBook Pro (14″) is also now made available for pre-order, and it will be delivered from next week starting from the 22nd of October 2025.
