Not football, but TT battle between Bruno Fernandes and David de Gea
On the pre-season tour, David de Gea and Bruno Fernandes have been going at each other at table tennis in the Australian city of Melbourne.
There happen to be a games floor at the W Hotel in Melbourne and Spanish GK has a say that he has an upper hand over Fernandes when it comes to table tennis. “To be honest, I’m much better than him, he’s good, but I’m a bit better than him” said De Gea.
Moreover, boss Erik ten Hag has been surprised by the fanbase of the Manchester United all over the world. “I never had the experience to do a tour and now I have it,” said the Dutch manager.
“All the people, every time again when you enter the hotel, when you leave the hotel, every hour of the day. It’s unbelievable, incredible. It’s a good feeling that we are Manchester United and have so many fans who support us.” he added.
Ten Hag also mentioned with the World Cup in few months, every player will be putting their A game on for the betterment of the World Cup and will be hoping to rediscover their form.
