Neeraj Chopra Congratulates Arshad Nadeem on wining Gold in Javelin

With a record-breaking throw of 90.18 m at the Commonwealth Games, Arshad Nadeem secured Pakistan its first javelin gold. With this accomplishment, Arshad beat Indian javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra’s throws at the World Athletics Championships (88.13m), which helped the Indian athlete win silver, and the Tokyo Olympic throw of 87.58m, which helped him win gold.  Neeraj was forced to withdraw from the Commonwealth Games due to an injury he sustained at the just-completed World Athletics Championships. Anderson Peters, a two-time world champion, was in the field that Arshad defeated.
