Travis Scott Accused By An Astroworld Fan Who Lost Her Unborn Baby At A Disaster That Took Place During The Concert

An Astroworld attendee has accused Travis Scott for wrongful death, claiming she miscarried during a music concert’s crowd rush, which resulted in the deaths of ten people. According to Entertainment Tonight, the woman claimed she was injured “horribly” during the Astroworld tragedy.

Shanazia Williamson, as per Entertainment Tonight, has sued the Rapper, alleging that she was among those “trampled and crushed” at the 2021 Houston music festival. She believes that the event cost her and her lover Jarawd Owens’ unborn child their lives. Williamson is accusing not only Travis Scott, who was performing at the time of the crowd surge, and also the Live Nation Entertainment and the organizers of NRG Park in Houston, where the event took place.

Shanazia is accusing them because their “failure to plan, create, manage, run, staff, and manage the function was an immediate and obvious cause of [her] injuries and death of [their] developing fetus,” according to the lawsuit. She did not tell how far was she in her pregnancy.

Travis has been already accused by Astroworld attendees in many other instances, along with a USD 2 billion lawsuit brought on behalf of 280 victims of the tragic event by Texas trial lawyer Thomas J. Henry. The medical examiner concluded that all ten people who were killed in the concert died of “compression asphyxia” following the terrible event in November of last year.

Travis Scott expressed his discontent with the situation on social media, writing, “I’m absolutely devastated by what took place last night.  My prayers go out to the  families and all those impacted by the Astroworld Festival tragedy. Houston Police Department has my full support as they investigate the awful loss of life.” Scott’s girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, had also posted on social media, expressing her sadness over the awful incident.
