From Chapter 78 to Chapter 121 of the manga, the Black Dragon arc takes place. As anticipated, Season 2 of Tokyo Revengers will pick up immediately where Season 1 left off. Takemichi Hanagaki finds out one day that Hinata Tachibana and her younger brother Naoto were killed by the Tokyo Manji Gang in the first season of Tokyo Revengers. They were his ex-girlfriend from middle school. When taking the train home from work one day, Takemichi is pushed onto the tracks. Immediately after that, Takemichi goes back in time by 12 years. To protect his friends’ lives, he joins a gang in Tokyo.

When Takemichi returns to the present, he discovers Chifuyu and himself being kidnapped. Kazutora will save Takemichi, the cryhero infant, in Tokyo Revengers Season 2. He will once again discover that the Tokyo Manji Gang has grown into a large-scale crime organization after absorbing the Black Dragons, and his friends still die.

When he goes back in time, he discovers that HakkaiShiba is compelled to abandon the Tokyo Manji Gang and join the Black Dragons under the commands of his exploitative older brother and the current leader of the Black Dragons, Taiju; this action has an impact on how the Tokyo Manji Gang and the Black Dragons merged.

All of the primary characters from the anime series, including Takemichi Hanagaki, Takashi Mitsuya, Chifuyu Matsuno, Keisuke Baji, Ken Ryuguji, and Manjiro Sano, are confirmed to return in the official announcement trailer for Tokyo Revengers Season 2.

Fans will be exposed to some new characters in Tokyo Revengers Season 2, such as Junya Enoki as Inui Seisyu (voiced by Yuji Itadori in Jujutsu Kaisen), Natsuki Hanaeas as Konoi Hajime (played by Tanjiro Kamado in Demon Slayer), and Tasuku Hatanaka as HakkaiShiba (Denki Kaminari in My Hero Academia).

Draken’s voice actor, Masaya Fukunishi, will take Tatsuhisa Suzuki’s place. Suzuki’s poor health has forced him to take a break from voice acting.

Tokyo Revengers Season 2 has yet to be given a release date.
