R. Kelly’s ex-girlfriend Kitti Jones claims he needs proper counselling and must take accountability of his actions
R. Kelly’s ex-girlfriend Kitti Jones, who allegedly accused him of physical violence and sexual coercion, says there are only two ways for him to change: by taking accountability and by receiving proper counselling.
R. Kelly, as per Kitti, must acknowledge the pain he caused to his victims, surrender his life to God, and make the most of the psychological counseling he will receive after his release from prison.
As per prior reports, Kelly was recently given a 30-year sentence after being found guilty on nine federal charges, such as sexual offences and human trafficking.
Kitti, who was portrayed in both “Surviving R. Kelly” documentaries and delivered a victim impact statement in front of Kelly during his sentencing, expresses her relief that Kelly has been put behind bars and is no longer likely to assault more women.
Kelly’s conviction is offering Kitti with some closure. She explains why, despite any improvements he might make in federal prison, she doesn’t believe he will be much of a threat after he is out.
