Man and woman fighting with knives in Australia is interrupted by Dev Patel

Dev Patel intervened in a knife fight between a man and a woman in Australia while no cameras were around, but he didn’t seem to seek recognition for the bravery of his act.

The English actor, known for his appearances in “Slumdog Millionaire,” “Lion,” “The Green Knight,” and other films, was involved in a fight on Monday in Adelaide, where he currently resides. Sources claim that DP intervened in a fight between two people.

Witnesses claim that this man and woman were engaged in a violent fight at a gas station or convenience shop. Despite attempts to separate them from others, they persisted.

Dev reportedly got involved at this point when the woman allegedly used a knife to stab the man in the chest. It appears that whatever he did to separate them prevented things from getting worse, and he remained on the scene to speak with the police later.

It appears the man is fine because he was brought to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. In the meantime, police detained the woman. Dev ought to be accepting all the congrats he can right now because he doesn’t seem to desire much recognition for what he achieved.

There were “no heroes” in this incident, according to his spokesman, who added that this just brought attention to a larger problem with the local population that the government isn’t addressing — one that is related to mental health.
