Ira Khan on her psychometric evaluation!

Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan is a strong advocate of mental health. There have been several instances where the star kid has opened up on her battle with depression too. Ira shares, she’s ‘unbothered’ about the hate on social media or what people comment on her for that matter.
Having said that, Ira recently took to her Instagram handle to share a thoughtful note. Today she shared another video about her psychometric evaluation test, this test is a psychometric test is any activity or assessment that is conducted in order to evaluate a candidate performance and includes, but is not limited to, skills, knowledge, abilities, personality traits, attitudes and job/academic potential. There are many psychometric test styles and formats with 3 main areas we will elaborate on. They are aptitude tests, behavioural tests and assessment centres.
She says on her Instagram “I did the Millon’s Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI III) and the Rorschach Inkblot Test. If you’re asked to do a psychometric evaluation… it’s not such a big deal. Doctors ask you to do blood tests all the time. Mine was to gain information on my personality and psychological functioning. Here’s my experience with it”. She also told how people in her college made it a big deal, but it actually is not and helped her a lot. It is okay to feel such a way as it is human psychology to have fear in the name of a test she says.
