Henry Cavill seems not at all interested for appearing as Superman even after WBD asked him several times!

Could Henry Cavill play Superman once more? We do, however, have some good news for the fans because it appears more likely. According to certain sources, Warner Bros is inclined toward his comeback. WB has experienced a lot of recent events. Fans have taken notice of their contentious decision to cancel Batgirl and further films after spending huge amounts of money on those.

DC fans were concerned that the subsequent flicks will receive the same treatment after many people expressed their disappointment about the same. Despite everything, some folks would like to see Cavill’s Man of Steel return to the DCEU.

Henry Cavill seems not at all interested for appearing as Superman even after WBD asked him several times!

During the San Diego Comic-Con 2022, there were rumors that Henry Cavill might be there. Even while that didn’t happen, there now seems to be a greater likelihood of his Superman coming back. Industry insiders Erik Davis and Umberto Gonzalez gave Twitter Spaces an insight regarding the future of Enola Holmes actor in the DCEU.

Erik Davis said he “heard a story that they’ve (Warner Bros) asked (Henry Cavill), and he doesn’t want to do it, he doesn’t want to come back.” Gonzalez stated that the people at WB “like him as Superman.” “This is probably going to turn into a story, I’m not sure, but I’m pretty sure they’ll maybe try to [get him back]…,” said Gonzalez.

“I could be wrong, I just don’t think they’ve had a take yet for him to come back. But again, that’s all subject to whoever the new DC guy is overseeing the universe. It’s been almost ten years since we’ve seen him in Man of Steel. But what I can say, I don’t think it’s over just yet,” Umberto Gonzalez continued.

Ever since it was announced that Ben Affleck would be reprising his Batman role, it has become even more crucial to bring back Henry Cavill as Superman.
