Eugene Cordero will be returning for Loki season 2 as a regular on the show
As per sources, Eugene Cordero, who performs the role of Casey, a worker for the Time Variance Authority, has been promoted to series regular for Loki season 2. By portraying a worker who uses the Infinity Stones as paperweights and doesn’t know what a fish is, Cordero created an impression. He is well-known for his work in Star Trek: Lower Decks, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and The Good Place. The actor/comedian typically plays hilarious personalities.
Based on the sources, he previously appeared in Kong: Skull Island alongside Tom Hiddleston and Samuel Jackson from the Marvel movies, as well as the 2018 criminal drama The Mule opposite Clint Eastwood. He appeared in three of Loki’s first season’s six episodes. A second season of the Disney+ series was recently ordered. The second season will consist of six episodes and fall under the fifth phase of the Marvel film franchise.
Furthermore, the time-shifted version of Loki is followed by Michael Waldron, the writer of Rick and Morty. The series also has Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Tara Strong, Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino, Sasha Lane, and Jack Veal in supporting roles in addition to Hiddlestone and Cordero. It is anticipated that the show’s second season, which is presently in development, will air around the middle of 2023.
