Xiaomi 17 Global Colour Options Revealed; Xiaomi Watch 5, Electric Scooter 6 Ultra, Redmi Buds 8 Pro and More Global Launch Confirmed

Xiaomi has now confirmed the colour options for the Xiaomi 17 smartphone for global markets. Alongside this, the webpage highlighting the February 28 Global launch event also reveals that the Xiaomi Watch 5, Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Ultra, Redmi Buds 8 Pro, Xiaomi UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W, and Xiaomi Tag are set to debut as well.
Here is more to it.
Xiaomi 17′ Global Colour Options
The microsite, which is now hosted on Xiaomi’s global website, confirms the colour options for the Xiaomi 17 smartphone. As per the listing, three colour options are revealed to come with the smartphone, which are Black, Blue, and Pink. Additionally, a post on X reveals that a fourth colour option will also be introduced, which is said to be an exclusive variant.

As far as specs are concerned, rumours reveal that it is going to come with a similar spec sheet as that of the one that was launched back in September 2025 in China. Which would mean you can expect it to come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 OS, a 7,000mAh battery, and more. Further, the microsite also confirms that the Xiaomi 17 Ultra will also be launching together with the Xiaomi 17. However, the webpage does not go into detail about the specs and other information.
Xiaomi Watch 5 Global Launch Confirmed
Moving on, the next gadget teased on the webpage is the Xiaomi Watch 5, which confirms that it will be breaking cover alongside the Xiaomi 17 series globally. Just like mentioned above, the Xiaomi Watch 5 is expected to come with specifications similar to its Chinese counterpart.

In China, it was introduced in both Bluetooth and eSIM variants, and the same is expected for the global version as well. Its listing was spotted on a global retailer website, which revealed that it will run on Wear OS. The pricing was also disclosed, with the Bluetooth variant listed at 7,990 CZK (~approx. 390.79 USD).
As for the LTE variant, it appeared on a Polish comparison website, although the pricing was not revealed there.
Just to add, the green strap shown in the listing matches that of the Bluetooth variant’s strap, which was launched in China.
Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Ultra Designed Revealed
Its appearance is characterised by a striking yellow finish paired with black components, while the thick off-road tyres with deep tread patterns suggest it is built for rough terrain rather than just smooth pavements. Disc brakes are visible at both the front and rear. The Xiaomi branding is positioned neatly on the side of the deck instead of the neck. At the back, a sturdy mudguard and a prominent red tail light can also be seen.

A few leaks have also suggested that the entire Electric Scooter 6 series — comprising the Electric Scooter 6, Electric Scooter 6 Lite, Electric Scooter 6 Pro, and Electric Scooter 6 Max — will be launching in Europe. Among these, the Lite variant was recently launched in the Philippines at a price of ₱18,999 (approx. $207.46).
In Europe, the Electric Scooter 6 Lite is expected to start at €329.99, while the standard Electric Scooter 6 is tipped to launch at €399.99. The Pro and Max models move further up the price ladder, with expected prices of €549.99 and €649.99, respectively. At the top end, the Electric Scooter 6 Ultra is expected to debut at €799.99. The same publication that leaked the European pricing also mentioned that the Ultra variant will be offered only in yellow, just as it has been teased today. Additionally, it is said to feature a stronger motor, longer range, and a maximum load capacity of 140 kg.
Apart from these, the Redmi Buds 8 Pro, Xiaomi UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W, Xiaomi Pad 8 Series, and Xiaomi Tag are also confirmed to launch. The Buds 8 Pro, Power Bank 5000, and Xiaomi Pad 8 Series have already been introduced in China and are expected to arrive with the same specifications as their Chinese counterparts. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Tag is reportedly already available in parts of Europe, priced at €18 and even €14 in some regions.

Spec-wise, its dedicated webpage not only confirms the white colour option in a pill-shaped design but also lists all the specifications. It confirms that it will come with IP67 water and dust resistance, Bluetooth v5.4 connectivity, a beeper, a CR2032 battery (for up to a full year of use), and a weight of 8 g. It will also work on both Apple’s Find My and Google’s Find Hub networks.
