New Skoda Kushaq facelift unveiled in India; Check out the features

Today, Skoda Auto has officially unveiled its Kushaq facelift in the Indian market. The bookings for this SUV have already started in the country, and the price details will be announced in March.

Skoda Kushaq Facelift: Features

On the exterior side, the SUV features a bold new front grille with sporty red stripes and an illuminated light band. At the rear, connected headlights with illuminated Skoda lettering are. present, while LED fog lamps are also there. The bumper has also been redesigned and includes an angular, ridged silver skid plate. The LED headlights create a sharper, more confident front profile. The new alloy wheels range from 16 to 17 inches, depending on the variant. Check out the colour variants available below.

On the inside, there is a Black-and-Beige finish in the Prestige trim and Crimson colour scheme in the Monte Carlo variants. The new Skoda Kushaq comes with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Gemini AI assistant and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. It offers a 491-litre boot space. It is equipped with a segment-first massage function for the rear seats. The top variants get a panoramic sunroof, while an electric sunroof is standard across the range. Other features are leatherette seats, front parking sensors, a 6-speaker sound system, automatic climate control, and ventilated seats.

For safety, it comes with a 5-star Global NCAP safety rating. 25 active and passive safety features are standard across the range, with up to 40 features on top variants. 6 airbags come standard on every variant, while a rear wiper and defogger are available across all Kushaq variants. Users will see features like rain-sensing wipers, ABS with EBD, hill-hold assist, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, auto-dimming IRVM and electronic differential lock.

There is an all-new 8-speed automatic torque converter, and turborcharged 1.0 TSI is available across all variants. The engine can be had with a 6-speed manual gearbox as well. The I.5 TSI is paired with a 7-speed DSG and Active Cylinder Technology. Skoda has introduced rear disc brakes for the 1.5 TSI variants.
