The automaker Kia is all set to unveil its new generation Kia Seltos at the global premiere on 10th December at 12:30 PM. The SUV will be arriving in a redesigned form.
Today, Kia India has officially teased the front profile of the new generation Kia Seltos via its official Instagram handle.

The above teaser video showcases its bold front grille with vertically stacked LED headlamps and slimmer DRLs, and the Kia logo against a dark backdrop. At the top, a sunroof can also be seen. The bumper also appears to be a bit chunkier. It is expected that we may also see new alloy-wheel designs, though it was not revealed in the teaser.
The second-generation Kia Seltos is expected to boast comprehensive updates across exteriors and interiors. Some new colour options could also be introduced for this redesigned SUV. Reportedly, in India, the SUV will retain the current powertrain options, while in the global market, consumers may see a new hybrid powertrain option. There could also be a new 7-speed automatic transmission with the diesel engine.
Once launched, the new-gen Kia Seltos is expected to rival with Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, Skoda Kaushaq, Honda Elevate, Volkswagen Taigun, and Tata Curvv. The confirmed details regarding the exterior, interior and performance of the new-generation Kia Seltos will be revealed at its official launch.
