2026 Tata Punch.ev Facelift Launched in India with 30 kWh and 40 kWh Battery Packs; Check Pricing, Features and BAAS Details

Early in January 2026, the Tata Punch ICE facelift version was launched in India with petrol and CNG options. Now, the facelifted EV variant has also been launched in India, and it carries the same design language as the ICE model.

The 2026 Tata Punch.ev facelift comes with a refreshed design. It features a cleaner front fascia with a sealed-off grille, updated aero-style 16-inch alloy wheels, and connected LED tail lamps at the rear.
The infotainment system has been upgraded in the upper trims, offering a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 10.25-inch digital cockpit with integrated navigation. It also includes ventilated front seats, a voice-assisted electric sunroof, wireless charging, and rear AC vents.

In terms of safety, the new 2026 Tata Punch.ev comes with 6 airbags across all variants, ESP (Electronic Stability Program), a 360-degree camera, and a new high beam alert system.
The ground clearance stands at about 195mm, along with an improved water wading depth of 450mm.
This facelift edition is offered with two battery pack options: 30kWh (medium range) and 40kWh (long range). The 40kWh variant delivers an ARAI-certified range of 468 km and a claimed real-world C75 range of 355 km.
In terms of performance, the 40kWh motor produces 127 BHP (95 kW), enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in under 9 seconds. It now supports 65kW DC fast charging, which allows the battery to charge from 20–80% in just 26 minutes. A quick 15-minute charge can add up to 135 km of range.
Pricing and availability
It has been launched in five main “personas” across two battery pack options. Below is the ex-showroom pricing detail.
