2026 Facelift Hyundai Verna Launched in India With 7 Airbags, Level 2 ADAS and New R16 Diamond-Cut Alloys
Hyundai Motors has now officially unveiled the 2026 facelift edition of the Hyundai Verna. This updated version introduces several cosmetic changes to both the exterior and interior, along with some new features.

2026 Hyundai Verna Facelift – Specs and Features
Compared to the 2025 Verna, the new 2026 version brings a number of exterior updates. These include a new black chrome radiator grille with dual LED projector headlamps, along with a bold front and rear bumper design that remains largely similar to the previous generation. The sedan also features new R16 diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Moving to the interior, the new Hyundai Verna comes with a D-cut steering wheel and leatherette seat upholstery. It offers an electrically adjustable driver’s seat with 8-way adjustment, along with a segment-first driver memory seat that includes a welcome retract function. The passenger seat supports 4-way electric adjustment and also features a segment-first electric walk-in device, allowing rear passengers to move the front seat forward to create more space.
For additional comfort and convenience, the sedan includes a segment-first rear window sunshade and a segment-first smart trunk. It also offers the largest boot space in the segment at 528 litres.
Other key interior features include a Bose premium 8-speaker sound system, switchable-type infotainment and auto climate controller, and a dual-display setup consisting of a 10.25-inch infotainment screen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster.
In terms of safety, Hyundai has now equipped the sedan with Level 2 ADAS. The vehicle also gets 7 airbags (driver, passenger, side, curtain, and centre side), an increase from the previous 6-airbag setup. However, the 7-airbag configuration is available only on the top variant.
Additional safety and convenience features include a dashcam, surround view monitor, blind spot view monitor, and rain-sensing wipers.
Apart from these updates, the 2026 Verna is also available in two colour options: Classy Blue and Titan Grey Matte.
